How do I order?
Ordering on our web site couldn't be simpler – it's safe, quick and easy. The 3 easy steps are:
Step 1: Search for the product
Find the products you're looking for, click the “Buy” button to add the products to your basket
Step 2: Proceed to Checkout
Confirm the amount of product and then click “Checkout” to place your order
Step 3: Pay and select where you want delivery
Pay using our secure billing area and chose from a range of convenient payment and delivery options to suit
you – whether it's a home or office address. We will then e-mail you confirmation of your order
Telephone Ordering
Please call the Order Line on local rate number 0844 567 0547 and our UK-based Customer Services Team will
take your order. We are open from 8am to 8pm , 365 days a year
Delivery
What are my Delivery Options?
Delivery is convenient and prompt. We will deliver to your home, your work address or anywhere that suits
you at the address you enter at checkout. We aim to despatch all orders received before 2pm on the same day. Orders received after this time will
be despatched the following working day.
You have 3 delivery options – Standard, Next Day or Courier.
Standard Delivery £2.50
Next Day Delivery £3.25
Courier per parcel £4.75
For any orders over £35 in value we offer free delivery
When should I expect delivery and is a signature required?
Orders sent by
Standard Delivery should arrive within 1-2 days and
no signature is
required.

Next Day Delivery and

day, if ordered before 2pm, and a
signature is required for both
What is the cut-off time for same day despatch?
2pm. If you place an order before 2pm we will despatch your order the same day using the delivery method you
selected at checkout. Orders received after this time will be processed the following working day.
Will I have to sign for the delivery?
This depends on the delivery option you selected, If you selected Standard Delivery, a signature is not
required. If you selected Next Day Delivery or Courier, then a signature as proof of delivery is
required.
Can you deliver to my office or work address?
Yes, we are happy to deliver to almost any location you want us to, whether it’s your home address, work
address or another address – whatever suits you. Please note we cannot deliver to P.O. addresses.
What happens if I miss the delivery?
If you are not in or miss a delivery, the delivery company will leave you a note stating that they had tried
to deliver your order, and will include details of how to contact them to arrange re-delivery. Please note,
however, that in the event of 3 unsuccessful deliveries, the product will be returned to the
warehouse.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we deliver globally. For overseas orders we charge £10.00 per shipment and these are sent by Royal Mail
airmail and should arrive within 5 working days depending on location, although please allow 10 working days
from confirmation of your order to receiving your Natural Greens products for overseas orders.
For
all orders outside the UK, you are responsible for any import duties and other taxes which may apply once the
products reach your country, as we will not be liable for any additional charges you may incur. You are
also responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the country into which you are receiving the
products.
Returns
What is your Returns Policy?
At Natural Greens we want to make ordering on our website as enjoyable and convenient as possible. If you
order a product that you subsequently decide you do not wish to purchase, for whatever reason, then simply
let us know within 7 days of delivery and we will be pleased to refund the cost of the goods. Repayment can
only be made to the same debit or credit card used to make the original transaction and we recommend that you
obtain a Proof of Posting slip from the Post Office. We are unable to accept items that have been opened,
damaged or where the seal has been broken.
How do I return a product and what is the Returns Address?
Please contact us via e-mail at
returns@naturalgreens.co.uk or by telephoning the local rate Customer Services number on
0844 567 0547, where we will allocate you a Returns Number to be included with your package.
You should include your return item(s) along with your Returns Number to our Returns Address. Please note we
will not accept any unauthorised returned items and you must be in receipt of a Returns Number
beforehand.

Payment and Security
How do I pay and what payment methods do you accept?
When shopping online at
www.naturalgreens.co.uk
, once you have confirmed your selection then you pay at the Checkout stage.You will then be taken to the secure Paypal payment server and here you enter your debit or
credit card details in the Secure Payment Section. Payment is taken at the time of ordering.
We accept payment with the following credit and debit cards - Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Switch and Solo, as well as Paypal payments. Please note that we do not accept cheques as a form of
payment,
Is shopping on-line safe with you?
Yes. We use the highest level of internet security so that the payment stage is safe and secure. Your order
details are automatically transmitted to a secure server using highly secure and industry standard SSL
(Secure Socket Layer) encryption. Our website is fully secure and no debit or credit card details are held by our company.
Do you accept US dollars or Euros for payment?
We accept payment in all major currencies. If you want to make a payment in a different currency to Sterling
then your credit card company/bank will convert the amount into your currency at the exchange rate at the
time of purchase.
What happens if the product(s) I order are not available?
If products are not available we will notify you as soon as possible by e-mail. You will be given the option
of waiting for the goods to come into stock or cancelling your order. If you decide to cancel your order we
will refund all payments in full to your credit or debit card.

The Green Superfood Company LLP, which owns the Natural Greens brand, is registered at Suite 9, 24-28 St
Leonards Road, Windsor, Berkshire, SL4 3BB. The company is registered in England & Wales under Company Number

Social and Environmental Responsibility
Can your packaging be recycled?
Yes, all of our packaging can be recycled. Please help the environment by recycling our packaging.
Which Registered Charity do you support?
Natural Greens is proud to support the Yes to Life charity, which is an organisation that provides help to
people living with cancer, by offering access to alternative and complementary treatments in conjunction with
orthodox procedures. This is a small and relatively new charity which, through their work, provides major
relief and assistance to people who need it the most. For every Natural Greens item you purchase, we make a
donation to Yes To Life. You can learn more about their work at www.yestolife.org.uk. The Natural Greens’
team thanks you for helping us to support this amazing charity.
Are Natural Greens products suitable for vegetarians and vegans?
Yes, the entire Natural Greens powder and capsule product range is registered with both The Vegetarian
Society and The Vegan Society, as approved products which have met their strict criteria. You are able to
confirm the Registrations by visiting their respective websites. The vegecaps used are made from planet
cellulose and water.
Are Natural Greens products suitable for dairy intolerant or gluten-free diets?
Yes. Even the Wheatgrass is suitable for a gluten and wheat-free diet, as the grass is cut when only a few
days old before it has developed into wheat.
Can I take the products in conjunction with each other?
Yes, you can take the products in conjunction with each other if you want to do so. Please note that if you
are starting nutritional based supplements for the first time, or you are pregnant or lactating then it is
advisable to seek professional advice beforehand. Do not exceed the stated recommended dosage and the
supplements should not be used as a replacement for a full, balanced diet and healthy and active
lifestyle.
Some people may experience slight nauseous feelings when using Chlorella for the first time and this is fairly common as your body adjusts to its cleansing properties. If symptoms persist then cease taking the chlorella for a few days. In rare cases the symptoms may return in which case we suggest stop taking the product.
Do you supply wholesale?
Yes. We are very selective about who stocks Natural Greens products, and as such, any trade enquiries will
need to be submitted and approved prior to any transactions taking place. We require you to complete a short
description form about your business and sign our Wholesale Terms and Conditions. Please note that you must
be a registered business to be an approved wholesaler.
